Working Principle of Hammer Fine Crusher 

     The main working parts of hammer fine crusher are rotor with a hammer. The rotor is composed of spindle, disk, pin, hammer handle and hammer, rotor motor drives the rotor high-speed rotation in the crushing cavity, the material goes into machine from the upper feeding port, by the spindle, disk, pin, hammer handle and hammer, material from the upper feed port into the machine, and broken by the high-speed movement of the hammer blow, impact, shear abrasive.

     The rotor upper part has a back plate， rotor rear has a crack down on the plate, and rotor lower part has a sieve, the crushed material size smaller than the mesh size in the material is discharged through the sieve, the coarse materials retention on sieve continue to be hitting and grinding by the hammer blow, and finally discharged through the sieve.
