time

The carbonizing time is 8hours per time, one time can load 2tons raw materials.

so 24hours we can carbonize 6ton raw materials to get 3ton charcoal.

Process

We put materials into the Inner pot directly, then put Inner pot into outer furnace by hoisting tools or crane.

After carbonization 8 hours, hang out Inner pot, and let it cool by nature.

At the same time, we put another inner pot inside, continue to carbonize next biomass materials.

Characteristic

Outer furnace: It is Mn high temperature resistant steel plate.

Inner pot: around is 8mm thickness, bottom is 10mm steel plates

Size: Each inner pot diameter are 1.46m, 1.43m, and 1.4m, height is 1.52m, 

so the inner pot volume is 2.54 CBM,2.43CBM and 2.34CBM

2. Energy-saving ( 1000kg charcoal just need 30kg firewood or 15kg liquid gas for heating)

3. Smokeless, little pollution (we have two important system to recycle and

purify the smoking and gas flow, and the 95% smoking will be reused for heating the furnace again,

and the heating resource can use the liquid gas, so no pollution)

4. Easy for loading and unloading  (we will send some steel basket for you to load the wood and keep the good look of the charcoal)

(the inner pot can be stack together when loading, it will save almost 50% space,
