■ Product's Introduction

Cone Ball Mill is widely used in the industries of cement, silicate products, new building material, refractory, fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metal beneficiation and glass ceramic. Cone Ball Mill can make dry grinding and wet grinding on various ores and other grind ability materials.

Advantages of Cone Ball Mill:

1. Cone Ball Mill changes the original structure of ball mill, it integrates the mill and under bed, they can put on the basic plane at one time when installation.

2. Cone Ball Mill use double row self aligning roller bearing as its main bearing, small running resistance, and can reduce 30 % energy consumption. From lattice-style mandatory changes to nesting overflow control. It increases the fine-grained grinding. The handling capacity can increase 15-20%.

3. In the original barrel discharge end, Cone Ball Mill adds a section of cone barrel; it can not only increase the effective volume of ball mill, but also can make the medium that in the tube to distribute more reasonably.

■ Principle of Work

Working Principle of Cone Ball Mill：

Through material hollow shaft spiral the material is sent to the first mill chamber, in which there is ladder liner or corrugated linings, with steel balls of different specifications in it. When cylinder starts rotating, the centrifugal force will make steel ball fall down from a certain height, thus impacting and grinding the materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, materials enter into the second chamber through a single diaphragm. In this warehouse with flat lining board and steel balls in it, materials are further grinded.
