Impact Crusher working principle:

     The materials input through the feeding port, and then following the screen-plate to slide down. When the materials where on the screen leave was crushed by the high-speed rotary rotor's hard-alloy hammer, then though the basic crushing material follow on the tangent fly the first impact plate with the higher-speed for the crushing again, the impact plate will be stricken back by the ore. And other materials behind of rotor blowing out after firstly crushing room break up the some size , though impact plate and the rotor space to discharge the secondary crushing room , going on be strike repeatedly, when the size of the stone is general then out put from the output port of the bottom of the crusher .
