Smoke in the briquette process

Many people asked me a question when they produce biomass briquette: Why it has many white smoke in the process of briquetting? Should we deal with this smoke? Whether it has environmental pollution? Dingxing Machinery tell you, the smoke is not bad smoke. There is no air pollution. The smoke is water vapor when biomass material meet high temperature and plasticized. As you know, there are three heating rings of briquette machine. One is 2kw. Open power botton, Heating rings will heat biomass materials when pressing, the lignin of raw materials meet high temperature will cohere material together. No need binder. Then, it will produce many smoke. Actually, this smoke is water vapor from briquette materials.
