Proposal of Fluorspar Briquette Machine

Materials:

1. Material: Fluorspar (CaF2) 85-90%
SiO2 about 5-7%

2. Size: 100 mesh pass 80% (average size is 150 mesh or finer)

3. Moisture: 10% max

4. Capacity: 3t/h

General introduction with reference to related equipments

2.1. Belt conveyor:

It is used for transporting material and connects to two machines

in the briquetting production line.

2.2. Double-Shaft Mixer:

It is specially designed for the agitation machine.

2.3. Silo storage:

the volume of the box feeder is generally 1 M³the conveyor will be installed on the bottom of the grinding mixer. in order to store the materials after stirring, then keep feeding the materials into fluorspar briquette machine.

As soon as it running, it conveys the material quantitatively for the roller rolling mixing equipment.

2.4. Briquette machine:

This machine adopts model YHQ500 constant pressure. The roller I made of 65Mn after quenching treatment. Diameter 500mm of the roller, the width of roller is 350mm. according to your demand, the size of the ball is according to customer’s request and the capacity is more than 3t/h.

2.5. Vertical dryer:

After the briquetting machine, one 2.8*6.5m vertical dryer will dry finished briquettes.

We can supply buyer’s furnace drawing, you can build by yourselves.

As for the heat source, we can use coal, gas, or electricity. Or also can directly us finished briquettes from mesh belt dryer.

2.6. There is a linear screen beneath the exit of the finished balls which can separate the finished balls from few scraps. Then the finished balls and scraps are transported in tow opposite directions, finished balls go into mesh belt dryer while scraps are collected by hopper to be briquetted again.(www.briquettemachinery.com)
