Warranty Policy for Briquette Machines

Warranty Policy 质保政策

GUARANTEE OF QUALITY 质量保证：
    The Seller shall guarantee that the Briquette Machines are made of the best materials and of first class workmanship, brand new, and comply in all respects with the quality and specifications and performance as stipulated in this Contract. The Seller shall guarantee that the goods, when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained, shall give satisfactory performance for a period of 12 months after acceptance protocol’s signature.

Coverage 质保范围：
    The warranty foresees the supply, free of charge, of the parts of the machine that get broken due to manufacturing defects.
    The warranty does not cover damages and/or loss of production due to machine stops or for the bad running caused by the damage.
    The warranty does not cover the time required for the arrival of the new parts.
Exclusion 下述情况不包括在质保24个月的范围之内：
1. Warranty will not be granted if the buyer has not fulfilled correctly the instruction operations for the start-up, running and maintenance reported in the machine’s manuals with particular attention to the lubrication ( type and frequency of oil and filters change)  
   由于买方未按照机器使用维护手册要求正确开机、运行，以及未按照要求对机器进行正常的加油等维护保养（润滑油型号及过滤器改变）而造成的损坏。
2. The warranty coverage will not be granted in case the causes of the damages are imputable to negligence, incompetence or other causes which are not traceable to the product quality and therefore to the Seller.
  由于买方的忽视、使用不当或其它非产品质量原因而造成的损坏。
3.  The warranty coverage will not be granted in case the causes of the damages are imputable to improper cleaning and maintenance by the Buyer.
  由于买方未能对机器进行及时恰当的清洁等原因而造成的损坏。
4. The warranty   coverage for the electric and electronic components will not be granted in case the feeding tension does not correspond to the nominal voltage of the machine.
  由于供电电压非机器要求的正常范围之内而造成的电气件损坏。
5.  The warranty   coverage for the electric and electronic components will not be granted in case the causes for the damages are traceable to an incorrect earthling system of the machines.
  由于机器接地不良而造成的电气件损坏。

Procedure to benefit from this warranty 相关质保手续
1.  Every breakage will have to be communicated by writing (example by e-mail) to the Seller within eight days from the breakage.
 对于任何损坏件，必需于损坏之日起8天之内以书面形式(如电邮)通知卖方。
2.  All the broken parts must be labelled and kept by the Buyer of the machines. The label must report the serial number of the weaving machine and its replacement date.
买方需将所有损坏件妥善保管并对其贴标签注明相应的机器序列号及更换日期。
Other conditions 其它条件
1.For what not specifically mentioned, the General Sales Conditions remain valid.
对于其它未及特殊提及事项，执行合同中的一般销售条款。
2.Based on the  relationship between the buyer and the seller，the Seller will do his best to supply the Buyer best after-sales service and spare parts supply.
基于买卖双方的良好合作关系，卖方将尽最大努力向买方提供最佳的售后服务和零备件供应 。
