Install and Test Briquette Machine

We should regulate the level of the ground when installing machine and make the briquetting machine level. We prepare for testing after installing other equipments.

Please pay attention to the questions as follows before testing machine:

1). We should add sufficiently lubricant into reducer and gearbox.

2). Checking whether the machine have sundry or not and whether the raw material have massive metal or not .

3). Checking whether each part of the screw have loose or not.

4).Checking the triangle-belt which is degree of tightness.

The approval of oil pressure with hydraulic device ,correct only when it’s power . Before the power on, the machine must be confirm empty .To see if reversal. Observation for 3-5 minutes later and confirmed all of things are right, it will try the machine. When trying or formal production,

1). It must be following the order of starting up. First, open the hydraulic pressure, and then open the main machine, last open the feeding system,

2). When stop the machine, opposite in order.

3). Trying, firstly, need to empty load operation, should be pay attention to the following items :

4). Listen to the transmission parts have sound or not and warming condition.

Checking the service behavior of triangle-belt , it should not be too tight and also not be too loose , then moved to take load operation .Firstly ,in advanced with 300kg dry material (not add up the moisture of coal powder ,sand or refractory materials ) for dry grinding and polishing , about five times can officially production.

1). The official production should pay attention to the following items:

2). Strictly prohibit to heavy load start up.

3). Checking often each part of screw whether loose or not.

4). From voice to identify the unusual.

5). Checking the current value of each motor.

If have the hydraulic unit, you should check the oil pressure is normal or not.
